Peach Pasta with Crushed Pecans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pasta

  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/3 cup feta crumbles

  • 1 medium peach sliced

  • 1/2 cup microgreens

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • garnish with salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer pasta base and drizzle with olive oil.

  2. Top with fresh peach slices, crumbled feta, and sprinkle sunflower microgreens and pecan crumbles.

  3. Add finishing salt and pepper to taste.
